原代人表皮角质形成细胞(primary human epidermal keratinocytes)被分别暴露于体外经UVA氧化的1-棕榈酰基-2-花生四烯酰基磷脂酰胆碱(1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonoyl-phosphatidylcholine),或在商用UVA防护剂存在与缺失的条件下接受UVA照射。实验整体设计:本研究针对人新生儿角质形成细胞开展实验,所有实验组均设置三次生物学重复。
