Optimizing pipelines in task fMRI (processed data)

this file includes preprocessed task fMRI data for 3 different tasks and 2 different analysis models, which for the basis of results in the PLOS-ONE paper "An automated, adaptive framework for optimizing preprocessing pipelines in task-based functional MRI". Data are stored in .mat files (MATLAB or OCTAVE compatible).

本文件包含针对3种不同任务与2种不同分析模型的预处理后任务态功能磁共振成像（task fMRI）数据，该数据为发表于《公共科学图书馆·综合》（PLOS ONE）的论文《An automated, adaptive framework for optimizing preprocessing pipelines in task-based functional MRI》的研究结果提供了基础。所有数据均存储于.mat格式文件（兼容MATLAB与OCTAVE）中。
