File S1 - Discovery of DNA Viruses in Wild-Caught Mosquitoes Using Small RNA High throughput Sequencing

Reference assembly of the small RNA with the densovirus genome (GenBank accession number NC_011317) as the reference sequence. The read alignment is saved in the ace file format and can be viewed with common read alignment program like tablet (freely available on http://bioinf.scri.ac.uk/tablet/). All the read sequences can be retrieved from the ace file with any text editing program. (ACE)
