Transcriptome analysis of glucose-TOR responsive genes in Arabidopsis seedlings

We aimed to explore the molecular network of glucose-TOR-responsive genes during the autotrophic transition stage in Arabidopsis seedlings. To achieve this, we conducted a transcriptome analysis to examine the global transcriptional response to glucose.本研究旨在探究拟南芥（Arabidopsis）幼苗自养转换阶段中葡萄糖-TOR响应基因的分子网络。为实现该研究目标，我们开展了转录组分析（transcriptome analysis），以检测葡萄糖处理下的全局转录响应。
