The *Investigation Report on Microbial Diversity in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau* is based on the specimens collected and microbial strains isolated during the project, and systematically summarizes the diversity and distribution patterns of microbial resources, especially macrofungal resources, in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
