通过拍摄水凝胶本身宏观形态以及其注射状态以表征水凝胶的可注射性。将制备好的水凝胶置于-20℃冷冻一夜，冻干24小时得到水凝胶冻干产物。将水凝胶冻干产物用导电胶带固定后进行喷金，扫描电镜拍摄得到水凝胶的围观形态。
The injectability of the hydrogel was characterized by capturing its macroscopic morphology and injection state. The prepared hydrogel was frozen at -20°C overnight and then lyophilized for 24 hours to obtain the lyophilized hydrogel product. The lyophilized hydrogel product was fixed with conductive tape, followed by sputter-coating with gold, and its microscopic morphology was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
