Gut microbiota plays essential role in bee’s health. To further elucidate the effect of food and Nosema ceranae infection on the midgut microbiota of Apis cerana worker honeybees, we used bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequencing to survey the midgut microbiota of 86 honeybees fed with sugar water or beebread and inoculated with or without Nosema ceranae.

肠道菌群（gut microbiota）在蜜蜂健康中发挥着不可或缺的作用。为进一步阐明食物与蜜蜂微孢子虫（Nosema ceranae）感染对中华蜜蜂（Apis cerana）工蜂中肠道菌群的影响，本研究采用细菌16S rRNA基因测序技术，对86只分别饲喂糖水或蜂粮、接种或未接种蜜蜂微孢子虫的工蜂的中肠道菌群进行了调查分析。
