MCD files

This folder contains two files:Individual raw data MCD files generated after imaging mass cytometry acquisition on synovial tissue. These can be uploaded into the MCD viewer software (publicly available) to visualise raw signal from each antibody used in this study.Info_donor_ROI: information from each donor on individual regions of interst (ROI) ,containing what diagnosis the individual had and what treatment it received. The donor identification is made with a number, traceable to the initial AuToDeCRA study (doi: 10.1136/annrheumdis-2015-208456), but not to donor's identity.Please see the collection for related records https://doi.org/10.25405/data.ncl.c.7890872<br>

本文件夹包含两类文件：其一为滑膜组织成像质谱流式采集后生成的个体原始MCD数据文件，此类文件可上传至公开可用的MCD查看器软件中，以可视化本研究中所用各抗体的原始信号。其二为Info_donor_ROI文件，其中收录了每位供体对应各感兴趣区域（Region of Interest，ROI）的相关信息，包含供体的诊断结果与所接受的治疗方案。供体身份以编号标识，可追溯至初始AuToDeCRA研究（DOI: 10.1136/annrheumdis-2015-208456），但无法通过该编号反推供体的真实身份。相关记录可参阅该数据集集合：https://doi.org/10.25405/data.ncl.c.7890872
