Chronic lung infection is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Milder CF is poorly understood in comparison to more severe phenotypes, particularly in regards to long term fluctuations. This study aims to investigate the long term dynamics of the mild bacterial microbiota and to better understand how the dynamics of the microbiome may contribute to better lung function.

慢性肺部感染是囊性纤维化（Cystic Fibrosis，CF）患者发病与死亡的主要原因。相较于重症表型，目前学界对轻度囊性纤维化的认知仍较为有限，尤其是在其长期波动特征方面。本研究旨在探究轻度细菌性菌群的长期动态变化规律，并深入解析微生物组动态变化对改善肺部功能的潜在作用机制。
