Healthy human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) investigated with 10x Genomics single cell RNA-sequencing. Overall design: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from one healthy human donor were processed on the Chromium 3' single cell platform (10x Genomics) and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2500. FASTQ data were preprocessed using CellRanger.

本数据集针对健康人外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells，PBMCs）开展10x Genomics单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-sequencing）分析。整体实验设计如下：采集1名健康人类供体的外周血单个核细胞，在Chromium 3'单细胞平台（10x Genomics）上完成样本处理，并使用Illumina HiSeq 2500测序仪进行测序；所得FASTQ数据通过CellRanger进行预处理。
