本数据集来源于基于Modelica语言、MWorks软件开发的某600MW亚临界燃煤机组数字孪生控制系统仿真测试平台。该平台采用集总参数法构建了涵盖锅炉、汽轮机及回热系统的整体动态模型,并通FM模块集成至MATLAB/Simulink环境,用于控制策略的设计与仿真验证。数据在滑压运行模式下获取,机组负荷按5%/min的速率从THA工况下降至30%工况后,再升至85%工况,采用秒级采样精度,共包含25000个时间点。数据内容覆盖功率、主蒸汽压力、燃料量、凝结水与回热系统参数,以及各级抽汽与汽轮机特性参数等关键运行变量。该数据集可用于统计分析、系统辨识与控制性能评估,也可作为数据驱动模型与机理模型耦合研究的基础,为火电机组灵活运行、协调控制策略验证及数字孪生建模提供了高可信度、可复现的数据支撑,具有重要的工程应用与研究价值。
This dataset is derived from a digital twin control system simulation test platform for a 600MW subcritical coal-fired thermal power unit, which is developed based on the Modelica language and MWorks software. This platform constructs an overall dynamic model covering boilers, steam turbines and regenerative systems using the lumped parameter method, and integrates this model into the MATLAB/Simulink environment via FM modules for the design and simulation verification of control strategies. The dataset is collected under the sliding pressure operation mode: the unit load first decreases from the THA operating condition to 30% load at a rate of 5% per minute, then rises to 85% load, sampled at second-level resolution, and contains a total of 25000 time points. The dataset covers key operating variables including power, main steam pressure, fuel flow, condensate water and regenerative system parameters, as well as extraction steam parameters at all stages and steam turbine characteristic parameters. This dataset can be used for statistical analysis, system identification and control performance evaluation, and can also serve as the basis for coupling studies between data-driven models and first-principles models. It provides high-reliability and reproducible data support for the flexible operation of thermal power units, coordinated control strategy verification and digital twin modeling, and has significant engineering application and research value.
