Illumina 450k DNA methylation microarray analysis of TCam-2, 2102EP, NCCIT and JAR cells 16 h after 10 nanomolar Romidepsin application. DMSO treated cells were used as controls. These data are part of the article 'The Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor Romidepsin is a Novel Therapeutic Option for (Cisplatin-resistant) Germ Cell Cancers' (Nettersheim et al., 2016). Genomic DNA was isolated by PCI extraction from TCam-2, 2102EP, NCCIT and JAR 16h after 10 nanomolar Romidepsin treatment. DMSO treated cells served as control.
本数据集针对经10纳摩尔罗米地辛(Romidepsin)处理16小时后的TCam-2、2102EP、NCCIT及JAR细胞开展Illumina 450k DNA甲基化微阵列分析。以二甲基亚砜(Dimethyl Sulfoxide,DMSO)处理的细胞作为对照。本数据集隶属于论文《组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂罗米地辛是(顺铂耐药)生殖细胞癌的新型治疗选择》(Nettersheim等,2016年)。
基因组DNA通过PCI提取法,从经10纳摩尔罗米地辛处理16小时的TCam-2、2102EP、NCCIT及JAR细胞中分离得到,以DMSO处理的细胞作为对照。
