ACSL4 effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury

本研究针对ACSL4基因敲低的急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury, AKI）展开分析，所得结果可为揭示ACSL4在铁死亡（ferroptosis）调控过程中所发挥的作用提供新的见解。整体实验设计：以双重复方式开展深度测序，获取对照组与ACSL4基因敲低小鼠的肾脏组织mRNA表达谱。
