Caco-2 cells: cycling vs 21-days differentiated cells

Transcriptional profile of 21-days differentiated Caco-2 cells compared to Caco-2 cycling cells. Goal was to demonstrate the ability of Caco-2 cells to express most of the markers typical of differentiated enterocytes. A novel protocol of line maintenance was used. 本数据集包含21天分化Caco-2细胞与增殖态Caco-2细胞的转录组谱（Transcriptional profile）对比数据。本实验的核心目标为验证Caco-2细胞可表达分化肠上皮细胞的绝大多数典型标志物。本次实验采用了一种全新的细胞系维持培养方案。实验采用双处理组设计：增殖态Caco-2细胞组与21天分化Caco-2细胞组，每个处理组设置两个生物学重复，并采用染料互换（dye-swap）实验配置。
