本数据集包含21天分化Caco-2细胞与增殖态Caco-2细胞的转录组谱(Transcriptional profile)对比数据。本实验的核心目标为验证Caco-2细胞可表达分化肠上皮细胞的绝大多数典型标志物。本次实验采用了一种全新的细胞系维持培养方案。实验采用双处理组设计:增殖态Caco-2细胞组与21天分化Caco-2细胞组,每个处理组设置两个生物学重复,并采用染料互换(dye-swap)实验配置。
