As the global population ages, smart care solutions like smart locks are increasingly important, yet their adoption by older people remains low. The challenge lies not only in initial adoption but in sustaining long-term use. Most research has focused on pre-adoption behavior, with little attention given to older people’s continuance intention toward smart locks. This study is the first to apply the Expectation-Confirmation and Task-Technology Fit Models to investigate older people’s continuance intention toward smart locks, filling a key gap in the literature. By examining factors influencing continuance intention and integrating the specific characteristics of older people and smart locks, this research develops a comprehensive model.

随着全球人口老龄化加剧,智能锁这类智能看护解决方案的重要性与日俱增,但老年群体对其的采纳率仍处于较低水平。该领域的挑战不仅限于初次采纳环节,更在于如何保障用户实现长期持续使用。现有多数研究均聚焦于智能产品的采纳前行为,却鲜有关注老年群体对智能锁的持续使用意向。本研究首次将期望确认模型(Expectation-Confirmation Model)与任务技术适配模型(Task-Technology Fit Model)应用于老年群体智能锁持续使用意向的探究,填补了该领域学术研究的关键空白。本研究通过剖析影响持续使用意向的各类因素,并结合老年群体与智能锁的专属特性,构建了一套全面的研究模型。
