本数据集包含免疫治疗耐药阶段的默克尔细胞癌（Merkel Cell Carcinoma）患者的外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell, PBMC）与肿瘤组织标本。整体设计：本数据集的样本取自1名默克尔细胞多瘤病毒（Merkel Cell Polyomavirus, MCPyV）相关默克尔细胞癌患者，该患者接受了T细胞疗法与阿维鲁单抗（avelumab，抗PD-L1抗体）治疗，样本采集于晚期免疫治疗耐药时间点，该受试者为验证队列患者。
