Background: Transposon (non-viral) gene delivery is a powerful tool for generating stable cell line or transgenic animals. However, despite being thepreferred integration pattern, multi-copy insertion could be an issue for expression or harmto cell or animals. Previously, our group reported about several transgenic cattle via sleeping beauty (SB) and piggybac (PB) transposon using microinjection.
