现代商业园区碳中和路径规划关键技术数据集数据,根据雄安新区的典型建筑的现场实测数据和历史统计数据集,聚焦雄安新区园区碳排放的全生命周期核算,充分考虑区域碳排放特征,主要使用Office统计分析源数据,形成了一套适用于雄安地区现代商业园区的碳排放核算标准。融合多模型协同预测引擎,依托实测数据,设置三种情景推演2025-2060年碳排放轨迹。 数据采集采用现场调查、资料收集、文献调研、统计年鉴的方法。原始数据采集工作采用混合式监测技术路径,依据数据类型差异部署差异化方案:能源消耗数据采用月度人工抄表法获取,覆盖园区全域建筑,形成连续时间序列数据库;交通运输活动数据通过园区主要出入口的定点人工记录完成,实时登记车辆类型、行驶里程及燃料种类;绿化碳汇基础数据源自园区建设期竣工图纸的空间解析;废弃物处理数据则依据园区实时人口管理系统获取。未能监测数据获取严格遵从相关标准政策类文件获取。数据应用在碳中和路径规划方面,针对雄安现代商业园区碳减排及碳中和规划需求,重点分析碳排放核算范围、碳排放因子量化方法、碳排放核算步骤与方法,研究适用于雄安地区现代商业园区的碳排放核算标准。

Dataset of Key Technologies for Carbon Neutrality Path Planning of Modern Commercial Parks Based on on-site measured data and historical statistical datasets of typical buildings in Xiong'an New Area, this work focuses on full-life-cycle carbon emission accounting for parks in Xiong'an New Area, fully considers regional carbon emission characteristics, and uses Microsoft Office to statistically analyze source data, thus formulating a set of carbon emission accounting standards applicable to modern commercial parks in Xiong'an. It integrates a multi-model collaborative prediction engine, and relies on measured data to set three scenarios for deducing the carbon emission trajectory from 2025 to 2060. Data collection adopts methods including on-site investigation, data collection, literature research and statistical yearbooks. The original data collection adopts a hybrid monitoring technology path, with differentiated deployment schemes based on data types: - Energy consumption data is collected via monthly manual meter reading, covering all buildings in the park to form a continuous time-series database; - Transportation activity data is collected through fixed-point manual recording at the main entrances and exits of the park, with real-time registration of vehicle type, driving mileage and fuel type; - Basic green carbon sequestration data is derived from spatial analysis of the completion drawings during the park's construction period; - Waste treatment data is obtained through the park's real-time population management system. Data not obtained through on-site monitoring shall be acquired strictly in accordance with relevant standard and policy documents. For data application in carbon neutrality path planning, targeting the carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality planning needs of modern commercial parks in Xiong'an, this dataset focuses on analyzing the scope of carbon emission accounting, quantitative methods of carbon emission factors, steps and methods of carbon emission accounting, and studies carbon emission accounting standards applicable to modern commercial parks in Xiong'an area.
