In this study, we demonstrated changes on gene expression and pathways in both Brassica napus and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum during infection process using transcriptome analysis. During this infection process, 1,986, 2,217 and 16,079 DEGs were identified in Brassica napus at 6-, 24- and 48-hours post-inoculation (hpi), respectively, whereas 1,511, 1,208 and 2,051 DEGs were identified in Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
本研究通过转录组分析,揭示了侵染过程中甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)与核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的基因表达及通路变化。在该侵染过程中,分别于接种后6小时、24小时及48小时(hpi)对甘蓝型油菜进行检测,共鉴定得到1986、2217及16079个差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes,DEGs);同期在核盘菌中分别鉴定得到1511、1208及2051个差异表达基因。
