Full-length uncropped Western blots

Uncropped Western blot raw data for USP7, GPX4, and GAPDH (loading control) in [BCPAP, K1, 8305C, 8505C]. Cellular extracts were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membranes (Roche #03010040001), and probed with anti-USP7 (CST #4833, 1:1000), anti-GPX4 (Proteintech #67763, 1:5000), and anti-GAPDH (Proteintech #60004, 1:10000). Secondary detection used HRP-conjugated antibodies (1:5000) and Immobilon ECL substrate (Millipore #WBKLS0500). Images were captured with [instrument] and include all lanes and molecular weight markers. Data represent [n] independent replicates.

针对[BCPAP、K1、8305C、8505C]细胞中USP7、GPX4及内参蛋白GAPDH的未裁切蛋白质印迹（Western blot）原始数据。将细胞裂解液经十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）分离后，转印至聚偏二氟乙烯（PVDF）膜（罗氏（Roche）货号#03010040001），随后分别以抗USP7抗体（CST货号#4833，稀释比例1:1000）、抗GPX4抗体（Proteintech货号#67763，稀释比例1:5000）及抗GAPDH抗体（Proteintech货号#60004，稀释比例1:10000）进行一抗孵育。二抗检测采用辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记的二抗（稀释比例1:5000），并使用Immobilon ECL化学发光底物（默克（Millipore）货号#WBKLS0500）进行显影。图像由[instrument]设备采集，包含所有泳道及分子量标记物。本数据共包含[n]次独立重复实验结果。
