采集土壤样品时严格按照试验要求采集,植物养采用随机选取长势均匀的小麦植株,采集后自然风干并送实验室。测产时采用小区实打实收,根据小区面积折合产量。小麦测产时严格按照小区面积,实打实收,进行称重测产。实验室样品监测严格按照实验室土壤、植株测定标准执行,并通过重复测定,确保数据准确。

Soil samples were collected strictly in compliance with the experimental protocols. Wheat plants with uniform growth were randomly selected for plant sampling. After collection, all samples were naturally air-dried and sent to the laboratory. For yield measurement, actual harvesting and threshing were conducted for each plot, and the yield was converted to per-unit-area yield based on the plot area. When measuring wheat yield, weighing and yield determination were carried out strictly in accordance with the plot area, using the method of actual harvesting and threshing. Laboratory sample analysis was performed strictly following the standard laboratory procedures for soil and plant assays, and replicate measurements were implemented to ensure the accuracy of all data.
