Functional data, as a .csv.<br> arb - an arbritary sorting vector<br> layout - location vector placing each microcosm in a 96-well plate<br> Community - identifier of the community (See supplementary)<br> Replicate - the replicate (1-4)<br> mgCO2.7 - the weight of CO2 produced by the microcosm over 7 days<br> CPM7 - counts per ml of each microcosm over 7 days<br> pgRPC.7 - mgCO2.7/CPM.7<br> ATP7 - the ATP produced after 7 days<br> mG7 - nM beta-glucosidase activity per hour after 7 days incubation<br> mN7 - nM beta-N-acetyl-D-glucosidase activity per hour after 7 days incubation <br> mX7 - nM xyloxidase activity per hour after 7 days incubation mP7 - nM phosphatase activity per hour after 7 days incubation
本数据集为逗号分隔值(CSV)格式的功能型数据。各字段说明如下:
- arb:任意排序向量(arbitrary sorting vector)
- layout:定位向量(location vector),用于确定每个微宇宙在96孔板中的摆放位置
- Community:群落标识符(详见补充材料)
- Replicate:重复样本,编号范围为1至4
- mgCO2.7:微宇宙在7天培养周期内产生的二氧化碳总质量(单位:mg)
- CPM7:每个微宇宙7天内的每毫升计数(counts per ml, CPM)
- pgRPC.7:mgCO2.7与CPM.7的比值
- ATP7:7天后产生的三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate, ATP)含量
- mG7:经7天培养后,每小时的β-葡萄糖苷酶(beta-glucosidase)活性(单位:nM)
- mN7:经7天培养后,每小时的β-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(beta-N-acetyl-D-glucosidase)活性(单位:nM)
- mX7:经7天培养后,每小时的xyloxidase活性(单位:nM)
- mP7:经7天培养后,每小时的磷酸酶活性(单位:nM)
