To investigate radiation response of reccurent glioblastoma models after radiotherapy, we have utilized clinically relevant radioresistant cell model. We have generated to radiation survivor GBM population from 1 cell line and 1 primary cell line. To investigate transcriptomic alterations we have performed RNA-seq to our both naive and IR survivor samples as triplicates. Overall design: Examining transcriptomic alterations in radiation-survivor and naive GBM cells.
为探究复发性胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma, GBM)模型经放疗后的辐射应答特性,本研究选用了具备临床相关性的辐射抵抗细胞模型。我们分别从1株细胞系与1株原代细胞系中构建了辐射存活的胶质母细胞瘤细胞群体。为探究转录组学层面的改变,我们对未处理(naive)及电离辐射(IR)存活的两组样本均设置了三次生物学重复,并完成了RNA测序(RNA-seq)。整体实验设计:分析辐射存活与未处理的胶质母细胞瘤细胞的转录组差异。
