Dust microbiome in eastern Washington

We sampled airborne dust microbiota to determine the impact of bovine fecal material on the airborne microbiome. We also aimed to determine of changing back-trajectories over areas of varying cow densities would result in changes to the cow fecal material inputs.

本研究采集空气尘埃微生物群样本，以探究牛粪便物质对空气传播微生物组的影响。此外，本研究旨在明确：在奶牛密度各异的区域上空，后向轨迹的变化是否会导致牛粪便物质输入量发生改变。
