Gene Ontology annotation of the 'Golden Delicious' genes

The predicted genes of the Golden Delicious genome were functionally annotated with Gene Ontology (GO) terms using Argot2 (Falda et al., 2012), and results were filtered using FunTaxIS-lite (Bianca et al., 2023).
