Functional genomic diversity of invaded and pristine alpine plant communities

The objective of this study was to characterize and compare transcriptomic diversity of a pristine and recently invaded riparian alpine community. For each dominant plant species, mature leaf tissue was sampled in the field and RNA was extracted for RNA-seq.

本研究旨在表征并对比原生未受干扰与新近入侵的河岸高山群落的转录组多样性。针对每一种优势植物物种，研究人员于野外采集其成熟叶片组织，随后提取RNA用于RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
