MassARRAY Sequenom Genotypes for 91 SNPs in 990 Largemouth Bass Samples

Genotypes for 52 and 39 SNPs in 990 samples (including replicates), using the MassARRAY Sequenom iPLEX platform. Samples include largemouth bass from 52 sites across the eastern United States, representing Northern Largemouth Bass (<i>Micropterus salmoides</i>), diverged Largemouth Bass from the Mobile-Tensaw Delta (<i>M. salmoides</i>), Florida Bass (<i>M. floridanus</i>), and their hybrids. These 91 SNPs were developed from genotype-by-sequencing data to determine hybridization and genetic integrity among the 3 lineages using the program STRUCTURE. 18 of these SNPs are typically excluded from STRUCTURE runs due to quality control testing.

本数据集包含990份样本（含重复样本）的91个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）基因型数据，分为52个和39个两组，采用MassARRAY Sequenom iPLEX基因分型平台完成检测。样本涵盖采自美国东部52个采样点的大口黑鲈类群，包括北方大口黑鲈（*Micropterus salmoides*）、源自莫比尔-滕索三角洲的分化型大口黑鲈（*M. salmoides*）、佛罗里达黑鲈（*M. floridanus*）及其杂交后代。上述91个SNP均基于基因型测序（genotype-by-sequencing）数据开发，旨在通过STRUCTURE程序解析这三个类群间的杂交情况与遗传完整性。其中18个SNP因质量控制检测不合格，通常会在STRUCTURE分析流程中被排除。
