Genome sequence of Xanthomonas strain NCPPB 1128. This strain was deposited in the NCPPB as Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli, isolated from beans in Jamaica in 1961. However, it was previously reported to have a Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) profile different to other memmbers of this pathovar.

黄单胞菌菌株NCPPB 1128的基因组序列。该菌株于1961年从牙买加的菜豆中分离得到，以野油菜黄单胞菌菜豆致病型（Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli）的身份保藏于NCPPB。不过此前已有研究报道，该菌株的脂肪酸甲酯（Fatty Acid Methyl Esters, FAME）谱与该致病型的其他成员存在差异。
