该数据为湖南省2012年市县空间分布数据。数据来源于1：10万纸质地形图，经过扫描纸质图、校正栅格图、扫描矢量化、属性数据标准化、检查成图数据等主要工序，最后根据本项目标准加工成最终产品。该数据为矢量型数据，包括区市县中文名称、市县英文名称、市县代码以及各市县邮政编码等主要信息数据。

This dataset is the 2012 spatial distribution data of cities and counties in Hunan Province. It is derived from 1:100,000 paper topographic maps and processed into the final product in accordance with the project standards after key procedures including paper map scanning, raster map correction, scan vectorization, attribute data standardization, and final map data inspection. As vector data, it contains key information such as the Chinese names of districts, cities and counties, their English names, administrative codes, and postal codes.
