ビールや発泡酒、第3のビールの違い

ビールや発泡酒、第3のビールは、琥珀色をした発泡性のアルコール飲料です。日本では酒税法上の区分で、原材料に用いる麦芽の割合が50％以上のものが「ビール」、50％未満のものは「発泡酒」となります。

Beer and sparkling wines, the third category of beer, refer to the amber-colored effervescent alcoholic beverages. In Japan, according to the Liquor Tax Act, anything with 50% or more malted barley as raw material is classified as 'Beer,' while those with less than 50% are categorized as 'Sparkling Wine'.
