本研究证实,抗TNF抗体(Adalimumab,阿达木单抗)可抑制绒毛膜蜕膜中性粒细胞中约80%由脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)高度诱导的、参与炎症信号转导与固有免疫的基因。本研究在宫内感染/炎症的恒河猴模型中,对纯化的母体外周血液中性粒细胞与经荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting,FACS)获取的绒毛膜蜕膜中性粒细胞进行了RNA测序(RNAseq)分析。
