We performed RNA-Seq analysis of different petiole tissues of celery (Apium graveolens L., var. secalinum Yablochny). Plants were grown in pots with a soil layer of 50 cm in the greenhouse (22-24 grad. of Celsius) under lamp light (a day period 16 h) with daily watering. Samples were collected at 32-34 days (S1 samples) and 90-94 days (S2) after planting. We collected collenchyma (Col), parenchyma (Par), vascular bundle (Vas), and petiole segments without collenchyma strands (CF, collenchyma-free samples).
本研究对芹菜(*Apium graveolens* L. var. *secalinum* Yablochny)的不同叶柄组织开展了RNA测序(RNA-Seq)分析。试验植株种植于温室中土层厚度为50 cm的花盆内,培养条件为:温度22~24摄氏度,人工灯光照明,光照周期16小时,每日浇水。分别于定植后32~34天(记为S1样本)与90~94天(记为S2样本)采集样品,采集的组织样本包括厚角组织(Col)、薄壁组织(Par)、维管束(Vas)以及不含厚角组织束的叶柄切段(CF,即无厚角组织样本)。
