Isolates were tested against skin pathogens like MRSA, Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis in a classical MIC dilution assay to define the lowest concentration for in vitro inhibition. Therefore, the compounds or fractions were diluted between 250 and 0.48 µg/ml and overlaid with bacterial solution (104 bacteria/ml). The table indicates that the isolated compound C shows the best activity against all tested bacteria.
采用经典的最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, MIC)稀释测定法,对受试分离株针对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA)、痤疮丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium acnes)和表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus epidermidis)等皮肤致病菌的抗菌活性进行测试,以明确其体外抑菌的最低浓度。据此,将受试化合物或馏分稀释至250至0.48 μg/ml的浓度区间,随后加入浓度为10⁴ 个细菌/ml的细菌悬液。结果表格显示,分离得到的化合物C对所有受试细菌均展现出最优的抑菌活性。
