mRNA-Seq profiling nephron progenitor and stromal progenitor cells in mouse embryonic kidney. Mus musculus

To characterize the expression profile of mouse nephron progenitors, we performed intracellular labeling of Six2 by antibody, followed by FACS and RNA-seq. To characterize the expression profile of mouse stromal progenitor cells, we isolated Tdt+ cells from Foxd1Cre;Tdt transgenic mice kidney by FACS followed by RNA-seq. 为解析小鼠肾单位祖细胞的表达谱，我们通过抗体对Six2进行细胞内标记，随后依次开展荧光激活细胞分选术（FACS）与RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
为解析小鼠基质祖细胞的表达谱，我们从Foxd1Cre;Tdt转基因小鼠的肾脏中通过荧光激活细胞分选分离得到Tdt阳性细胞，随后进行RNA测序。
整体实验设计：比较小鼠肾单位祖细胞与基质祖细胞的基因表达谱。
