Soil bacterial and fungal community compositions under different soil water stability conditions

In this study, to explore the soil microbial diversity and dissimilarity in response to soil water management practices, we analyzed the bacterial (16S) and fungal (ITS) community compositions under stable soil water (SW) and fluctuating soil water (FW) conditions on tomatoes.
