Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vp), a leading seafood-borne causative agent of gastroenteritis, was inoculated into seawater and incubated at temperatures mimicking different pre-harvest shellfish rearing seasons in order to better characterize the population dynamics of Vp strains containing different virulence factors. Strains containing the thermostable direct hemolysin (tdh+) and tdh-related hemolysin (trh+) were used and their cellular responses at the transcriptomic level in seawater at 10 and 30 degree celcius were studied. 副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vp)是引发食源性胃肠炎的主要致病菌之一。本研究将其接种至海水中,于模拟贝类收获前不同养殖季节的温度条件下进行培养,以更精准地表征携带不同毒力因子的副溶血性弧菌菌株的种群动态。研究选用携带耐热直接溶血毒素(thermostable direct hemolysin, tdh)阳性(tdh+)及tdh相关溶血毒素(tdh-related hemolysin, trh)阳性(trh+)的菌株,探究其在10℃与30℃海水中的转录组水平细胞应答反应。针对ATCC 17802菌株,请使用BioProject编号PRJNA949727。
