Supporting data to "Decadal trend of plankton community change and habitat shoaling in the Arctic gateway recorded by planktonic foraminifera"

<b>CTD_IAOOS_HH1400.csv</b><br><b><br></b>Seawater temperature and pressure profiles from stations 1 to 8 from expedition IAOOS (2008) and station HH14/00 from expedition HH14 (2014) in the Fram Strait. CTD data during the IAOOS cruise were collected using a standard SeaBird 911 Plus conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) profiler on the R/V Jan Mayen. 本数据集包含弗拉姆海峡（Fram Strait）内IAOOS航次（2008年）1~8号站位，以及HH14航次（2014年）HH14/00站位的海水温度与压力剖面数据。IAOOS航次的CTD数据由“扬迈恩号”科考船（R/V Jan Mayen）搭载的标准SeaBird 911 Plus型温盐深（conductivity-temperature-depth, CTD）剖面仪采集获取；HH14航次的CTD数据则由“赫尔默·汉森号”科考船（R/V Helmer Hanssen）搭载的Seabird 911 Plus型CTD以固定间隔采样获取。

变量说明如下：

本数据集包含弗拉姆海峡内ARK III/3航次（1985年）、IAOOS航次（2008年）、ARKXXVI/1航次（2011年）、HH14航次（2014年）以及ARK-XXIX/2.1航次（2015年）通过分层浮游生物拖网采集的浮游有孔虫壳体浓度（单位：个/立方米）剖面数据。

变量说明如下：
- 航次标识（cruise_id）：海洋考察航次的唯一标识符
- 站位标识（station_id）：采样事件的唯一标识符
- 站点经度（station_lon_decimal）：十进制度格式的经度值
- 站点纬度（station_lat_decimal）：十进制度格式的纬度值
