<b>CTD_IAOOS_HH1400.csv</b><br><b><br></b>Seawater temperature and pressure profiles from stations 1 to 8 from expedition IAOOS (2008) and station HH14/00 from expedition HH14 (2014) in the Fram Strait. CTD data during the IAOOS cruise were collected using a standard SeaBird 911 Plus conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) profiler on the R/V Jan Mayen. 本数据集包含弗拉姆海峡内ARK III/3航次(1985年)、IAOOS航次(2008年)、ARKXXVI/1航次(2011年)、HH14航次(2014年)以及ARK-XXIX/2.1航次(2015年)通过分层浮游生物拖网采集的浮游有孔虫壳体浓度(单位:个/立方米)剖面数据。
变量说明如下:
- 航次标识(cruise_id):海洋考察航次的唯一标识符
- 站位标识(station_id):采样事件的唯一标识符
- 站点经度(station_lon_decimal):十进制度格式的经度值
- 站点纬度(station_lat_decimal):十进制度格式的纬度值
- 原始文献(original_publication):计数数据的首次发表来源
- 网具孔径(deployment_mesh_size_microns):浮游生物网的网孔尺寸,单位为微米
- 网口面积(deployment_opening_m2):浮游生物网的网口截面积,单位为平方米
- 采样方案(sampling_scheme):采样所覆盖的水深区间,单位为米
