Reproducibility package for "From nominal redundancy to governed access: Sparse reserve-port preparedness for maritime disruptions"

This record contains the reproducibility package for the study “From nominal redundancy to governed access: Sparse reserve-port preparedness for maritime disruptions.” It provides the computational materials required to reproduce the BLUE-IMMUNE analyses, including fixed-seed Python scripts, environment specifications, compact analytical inputs, expected analytical outputs, publication-table snapshots, figure-generation routines, provenance records, integrity checks, and SHA-256 source registers. The package executes 18 analytical stages, regenerates 54 analytical CSV outputs, produces five main and three supplementary figures, and validates 27 publication-table snapshots. It includes the allocation-consistent reserve-port optimizer, exact minimum-cardinality K90 search, exact up-to-five-port deterministic enumeration, assignment-relaxed MILP upper bound, accessibility and activation-failure sensitivity analyses, uncertainty certificates, compatibility and draft sensitivities, direction-aware centrality, network-route sensitivity, event-type-balanced analyses, destination-level fairness, equal-service carbon comparisons, Finland 2025 operational calibration, and the access-governance stress analysis. The record is intended to support transparent verification and computational reproducibility of the reported results.
