Intestinal flora in Junbf/fCd4-Cre mice

In colon of Junbf / fCd4-Cre mice, it was revealed that Treg cells decreased as compared with control mice. The cause was considered to be a change in the intestinal bacterial flora, so the intestinal bacterial flora was evaluated using the feces of the mouse. However, the results showed that there was no change in intestinal flora compared to control mice.
