3' sequencing of placenta form Mbnl2 and Mbnl3 KOs

To investigate the impact of Mbnl2 and Mbnl3 in placenta development and function through the regulation of alternative poly-adenylation, we have generated 3'-seq data from placenta from single and double KO mice at different developmental stages.为探究Mbnl2与Mbnl3通过调控可变多聚腺苷酸化（alternative poly-adenylation）对胎盘发育与功能的影响，我们从不同发育阶段的单基因敲除与双基因敲除小鼠胎盘中生成了3'端测序（3'-seq）数据。
