Tobacco response to low-temperature

Low-temperature is one of the main natural adversities in tobacco leaf planting. Tobacco is very sensitive to low-temperature. To understand the underlying the response mechanism of tobacco to low-temperature stress, the physiology, biochemistry, transcription and metabolism at the seedling stage under low-temperature stress were investigated.

低温是烟草种植过程中主要的自然逆境之一。烟草对低温胁迫极为敏感。为阐明烟草响应低温胁迫的潜在机制，本研究针对低温胁迫下烟草苗期的生理、生化、转录及代谢水平展开了调查分析。
