Transcriptome analysis of testes from Drosophila natural strains and their hybrids

Using natural strains of Drosophila collected from France and Brazil and their hybrids, we explore the natural variability in transcriptomes --especially regarding transposable elements-- in RNA extractions from testes.

本研究采用从法国与巴西采集的果蝇（Drosophila）野生品系及其杂交后代作为实验材料，探究睾丸组织RNA提取样本中转录组（transcriptome）的自然变异规律，尤其聚焦转座因子（transposable elements）相关的变异特征。
