一部分颅后窝室管膜瘤(Posterior fossa ependymomas)表现出组蛋白H3赖氨酸27三甲基化(H3K27me3)水平降低与全基因组DNA低甲基化特征,侵袭性更强且预后不良,其表观遗传失调的基因汇聚于放射状胶质细胞相关因子,提示发育中小脑放射状胶质细胞为该类肿瘤的候选起源细胞。整体实验设计:对15例颅后窝室管膜瘤样本进行RNA测序,其中11例样本的H3K27me3表达水平较低,命名为PF_H3K27me3-ve;4例样本的H3K27me3表达水平较高,命名为PF_H3K27me3+ve。
