Next-generation sequencing of an adult human immunoglobulin repertoire after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2

This study aims to analyze a single patient's immunoglobulin response triggered by the Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. Proteomics data were acquired by LC-MS and analyzed by both de novo and matched against the b-cell repertoire sequencing database to find immunoglobulin sequences.

本研究旨在分析单名患者接种Moderna COVID-19 mRNA疫苗后诱发的免疫球蛋白（immunoglobulin）应答反应。研究通过液相色谱-质谱联用（Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry，LC-MS）技术获取蛋白质组学数据，随后分别采用从头测序（de novo）分析及与B细胞受体库测序数据库比对两种方式，以筛选得到免疫球蛋白序列。
