Transcriptomics of Rhodomonas sp. JZB-2 exposed to 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene

For the study of transcriptional response of Rhodomonas sp. JZB-2 exposed to 1,2,4-TMB, we used an RNA-Seq technique to detect the expression profiles. Rhodomonas sp. JZB-2 with an initial cell density of 105 cells/mL was exposed to 5 mg/L of 1,2,4-TMB. The samples were collected at 24 h and 48 h for proteome analysis.

为探究暴露于1,2,4-三甲基苯（1,2,4-TMB）的红胞藻属（Rhodomonas sp.）JZB-2菌株的转录响应，本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术检测其表达谱。将初始细胞密度为105个细胞/毫升的红胞藻属JZB-2菌株暴露于5 mg/L的1,2,4-三甲基苯环境中，并分别于处理24小时和48小时时采集样本，用于蛋白质组分析。
