In this study, we evaluated 16 common bean cultivars spanning 77 years of breeding history to investigate how genotype, soil N availability, and environmental conditions affect plant growth, N fixation, and the composition of root-associated bacterial communities. Field trials were conducted over two consecutive growing seasons under differing soil fertility conditions, particularly N availability.

本研究以16个涵盖77年育种历程的普通菜豆品种为研究材料,探究基因型、土壤氮素有效性及环境条件对植株生长、固氮作用以及根际细菌群落组成的影响。本研究在差异化土壤肥力条件(尤以氮素有效性为重点)下,于连续两个生长季开展了田间试验。
