Micropterus dolomieu adomavirus 1 isolate:SUSHM8 Genome sequencing and assembly

Hyperpigmented melanistic lesions (HPMLs) are occasionally observed on the skin of smallmouth bass. A novel adomavirus is routinely present in this lesion type. The project here simply documents a complete genome of this virus to facilitate future molecular epidemiological investigations.

色素沉着性黑斑病变（Hyperpigmented melanistic lesions, HPMLs）偶可在小口黑鲈的体表皮肤中被观察到。一种新型阿多病毒（adomavirus）常存在于该类病变组织内。本项目仅完成该病毒完整基因组的建档工作，以助力后续分子流行病学调查的开展。
