Gene expression profile of phenylpropanoid pathway in black and red rice pericarps.. Oryza sativa

We analyzed expression change of the genes which involved in anthocyanin and pro-anthocyanin biosynthesis to search an origin of black rice. Overall design: The submitted samples were transcriptome data in black and red rice pericarps. Rice pericarps were harvested in 7 and 14 days after heading, respectively.

本研究分析了参与花青素（anthocyanin）与原花青素（pro-anthocyanin）生物合成的基因的表达变化，以探究黑米的起源。
实验设计概述：本次提交的样本为黑米与红米果皮的转录组（transcriptome）数据。水稻果皮分别于抽穗后7天和14天采集。
