Microbial Community Profiles of Biofilms from Hot Springs: 16S and 18S rRNA Amplicon Sequencing Data

This dataset contains the fasta sequences and related information from 16S and 18S rRNA amplicon sequencing of biofilm samples from six hot springs located in the states of Selangor, Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur, and Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia. The ‘Readme’ file contains the methods of the study.
