Whole genome sequencing Loktanella soesokkakensis CECT 8367, type strain

Loktanella soesokkakensis is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2009 by Harwati et al (Park, S. et al., 2013). Genome sequencing of Loktanella soesokkakensis CECT 8367, type strain, was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).

索索克洛坦菌（Loktanella soesokkakensis）隶属于红杆菌科（Rhodobacteraceae），该物种于2009年由Harwati等人发表描述（Park S.等，2013）。模式菌株CECT 8367的索索克洛坦菌基因组测序工作，由西班牙巴伦西亚大学实验研究支持中央服务部（SCSIE）采用Illumina Miseq测序系统完成。
